All return of goods must be authorised before returning.
Damaged stock - supply photo of damaged stock and invoice details
Change of mind - item must be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. Item must be unopened and in saleable condition. A restocking fee applies.
Product or technical concerns must be investigated by Mirotone prior to any agreement to return stock
Made to order and tinted / coloured products are not returnable or refundable unless proven faulty by Mirotone. Colours shown on-line or via colour cards are a representation of the colour only. Actual colours may vary.
